What to bring to seminar Your dreams Intention of wanting to be the best you can be in 2015:

• A poster board of any color and yours to take home
• A pair of scissors to cutout pictures
• Magazines, pictures of loved ones, favorite sayings(more provided during class)

What you will be doing at the seminar:

• Set intentions for the new year with a visual layout of what you want and desire
• Mary Jo will lead a visualization to call in the angels to help both with the day & to learn how to work with these angelic beings in your everyday life all year long
• Release thoughts, people and things that no longer serve you and hold you back from living your life to its fullest potential
• Take home your finished Vision Board to look at everyday throughout the year
